Calm Authority Rooted in Lived Experience & Professional Rigor
Whether navigating high-stakes family transitions or pivotal career forks, effective support demands steady composure, deep active listening, and structured frameworks.
Guiding Transitions With Courage, Clarity, and Structure
I am a Family Mediator (AccFM Candidate), Professional Coach (ACC Candidate), and Writer based in London, Ontario, leading Olea Practice Group. My practice is built on a shared foundation across both mediation and coaching: helping people move out of circular stress and into structured, workable agency.
My academic and professional training includes a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree (specialization in Management and Legal Studies), formal family mediation training through York University, and Life Design certification through Stanford University—all paired with the steady, unflappable presence forged over fourteen years in emergency response.
Whether we are working together across a mediation table or through an individualized or group coaching engagement, my goal is to help you replace overwhelm with a clear, calm, and durable path forward.
What Shapes My Practice
Effective support is born from years of real-world exposure to high-pressure environments, institutional policy, and human development.
14+ Years in Emergency Telecommunications
Before entering mediation and coaching, I spent over fourteen years as an Ambulance Communications Officer with the Ontario Ministry of Health. On the dispatch floor, lives hung on my ability to listen for what wasn't being said, maintain absolute composure during acute crises, and provide calm, authoritative guidance. That same nervous-system regulation forms the backbone of how I hold high-stakes rooms today.
Academic Advising & Policy Work
As an Academic Advisor, my work involved heavy academic policy navigation and institutional guidance. This experience sharpened my ability to interpret complex regulations, advocate for students and professionals within structured systems, and untangle procedural roadblocks with absolute clarity and fairness.
Higher Education & Stanford Life Design
My career coaching work—including supporting business students at the Ivey Business School—is deeply informed by my Life Design certification through Stanford University. I know how to help individuals unpack overwhelming choices, break complex problems down into manageable steps, and design actionable trajectories without losing personal agency.
